I’ve been living in high point for years…. Every single time I’ve came for tire service no one can never help me! Literally just left and needed my tire plugged he told me he was too busy!!!! Too busy?! Or you don’t want to serve me? Another time I came ask for a tire he didn’t even look at my size he said I don’t have any….. after that I came again ask for a tire he said he has to order them…. At this point that place is a joke!!! Regret ever stopping there ultimately to get no help….. zero stars

Loved their service!! Fast, efficient, friendly, & accurate with their estimates. Had my pass rear wheel hub & tire pressure sensor replaced. They WILL see me again. HONEST MECHANICS!! Edit: 10/8/23 so I went to see Tony (Toni??) yesterday concerning my check engine light. After plugging up an OBD scanner he told me the error was my Catalytic Converter (Dun-Dun-DunNN!!), he gave me some alternatives to fix it myself versus a full replacement. I was surprised 😮, this was being honest & willing 2 LOSE business 2 help customers resolve their issues... WHAT!! He told me after completing the steps he suggested (he wrote them down) to come back & he would clear my engine light. I offered 2 pay him for the advice (a show of appreciation), but all he would take was a fist bump & a thank you. I have only completed half of the steps, will update you after the issue is resolved. Edit: 10/16/23 I completed the steps and got the light cleared & I'm happy to say as of now the issue is resolved!! Woo Hoo!! Edit: 10/27/23 I blame Tony 🤣😂 for starting something, he told me, for the final step, to fill up my tank with Premium (93 octane) ⛽️. Since the book says the car can run on any grade of gas, I
